The Ricoh GEN4 MH2420 printhead is suitable for a range of aqueous, solvent and UV printers.

The Ricoh GEN4 MH2420 printhead is suitable for a range of aqueous, solvent and UV printers. This printhead has an integrated heater and thermistor. This is Ricoh original printhead and it is covered by a manufacturer warranty. The cable is 44 cm long (including the connector). The version with short cable (N220792T) is discontinued but can be replaced by this identical head with a longer cable.
This printhead comes with hose barb ink inlet that can be removed in case o-ring sealed ink inlet are required. This printhead corresponds to Ricoh part numbers N220792W, N220792S, N220792U, N220792T or N220792E. 
This printhead comes with the hose barbs which can easily be removed if needed.


The following items are expressly excluded from warranty coverage:

defects related, in any way, to the use of non-original inks
clogged, missing or deviated nozzles
defects related to misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, lack of use, or improper storage when not in use for extended periods
defects related to failure to perform periodic maintenance as specified in the user documentation; operation for unintended purposes
defects related to improper loading of media
all other defects, failures or damage not considered manufacturing defects
defects related to third-party applications, software, parts, components, or peripheral devices, including any bulk ink system.
defects that are merely cosmetic in nature.
