Original MUTOH DF-49684 Eco Solvent UV Printhead Green Edge

This VJ-1604 printhead is suitable for Mutoh ValueJet printer series printers. This original Mutoh printhead is solvent based and has a 24 digit head ID. Please refer to DF-49029 for the 40 digit head ID water based Mutoh printhead.
The VJ-1604 printhead has a native resolution of 1440dpi, 8 nozzle lines (corresponding with 8 independent ink channels) and 180 nozzles per line.
The VJ-1604 printhead is either used in 4-colours (2 channels per colour) and has a minimum, variable droplet size of 1.5 pico litre (max. droplet size is 21 pico litre). The typical firing frequency for this print head is 8 kHz.
This generation of printheads allows fast speed, high resolution printing with eco-solvent and mild solvent inks. This VJ-1604 original printhead is delivered in a sealed Mutoh package. Mutoh part number for this print head is DF-49684.
This green connector printhead replaces the black connector printhead DF-49029 for Drafstation printers. It is 100% compatible and recommended by Mutoh. The DF-49029 was discontinued and is not available anymore.

DF-49684 and DH-40990 printheads are compatible with VJ-1604X printer models.
